Bernard, Cassisa, Elliott & Davis is a civil litigation firm based in the Metropolitan New Orleans area. On behalf of our clients, we serve the 64 parishes of the state of Louisiana.  Additionally, we are willing to travel throughout the United States so we can be of service to our clients.  Our main office is located right outside of New Orleans (within 5 minutes of the courthouse) and can easily service the New Orleans and Baton Rouge areas.
